But relaxation is important. The human body is not meant to be go-go-going 24/7 (or 31/7). So while you may not want to take an hour out of your day to relax, here are some tips to help you integrate relaxation into your daily life. If you have 5 minutes to relax:
- Go outside and bask in the sun
